Scottish economic statistics 2008

Provides statistics and commentary on the Scottish economy. Includes articles on: producing current price (cash) GDP estimates for Scotland; low pay and in-work poverty in Scotland; and changes to the calculation of Financial Intermediation Services Indirectly Measured (FISIM). Presents tables of statistics, charts and commentary on: economic accounts (macro-economic indicators such as GDP and exports); enterprise, business and innovation; industrial sectors; the labour market; Scottish household income and expenditure; and public sector employment, revenue and expenditure.
