Disability and labour market integration (Analytical paper)

Examines policy initiatives across the EU to support the labour market integration of disabled people, focusing on public employment services. Outlines the current labour market situation and trends for people with disabilities. Describes the broad policy framework for the labour market integration of people with disabilities. Examines policy measures in EU countries that have proven effective in increasing employment of jobseekers with disabilities, including prevention, assessment, financial incentives, rehabilitation and employer engagement. Provides a summary of key findings and makes recommendations for public employment services to improve the labour market integration of disabled people.
